In this privacy policy I inform you about the processing of personal data (“data”) when you visit this website (www.saxa-legal.com).

3. Types of Data, Purpose, and Legal Basis for Processing
Using my website including the information disclosed thereon is generally possible without providing your personal data. However, when accessing my website, the web server automatically collects the following information (“log data”) and stores it in the so-called “log files” of the web server until automated deletion:

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file (page);

  • IP address and hostname of the requesting computer;

  • Date and time of access;

  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL);

  • Websites accessed by your computer via my website;

  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your Internet service provider.

This data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring smooth website connectivity

  • Ensuring comfortable use and optimization of my website

  • Evaluating system security and stability

The legal basis for this data processing is Art 6 (1) lit f GDPR. My legitimate interest arises from the purposes mentioned above. I will not draw any conclusions about you based on this data unless there are specific indications of abusive use of the website.

4. Duration of Data Storage
Data collected by the web server when accessing my website (log data) will be deleted two weeks after visiting the website. Furthermore, this data will only be stored if there is a specific suspicion of abusive use of the website and only as long as is required for legal prosecution.

I have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with this company pursuant to Art 28 GDPR. The servers of my service provider are located in Linz and Vienna.​

5.2. Links to Social Networks
My website contains links to social networks. If you click on one of these links, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective social network. This enables the social network to receive information that you have visited my website, even if you do not have a profile or are not logged in to the social network. The legal basis for this data processing is Art 6 (1) lit f GDPR, as I have a legitimate interest in representing my profile on social networks for marketing purposes.

This privacy policy does not apply to social networks. You can find the relevant data protection information on websites of the respective social networks. I have no influence on the design of the social network websites and can therefore not be held liable for their content or any actions originating from these websites. The liability limitation of § 17 E-Commerce Act (ECG) applies.
